PTO at Maple Grove Middle School
Creating opportunities and providing support for students and families
The PTO at MGMS is called PACT (Parents and Community Together). PACT is a non-profit organization of parents, guardians, and staff working together to build a strong, inclusive community at MGMS.
PACT meetings are a good opportunity to hear updates from Principal Reed and learn about positive initiatives happening at MGMS. Meetings are held in the MGMS Media Center and/or via Google Meet.
Every MGMS parent and guardian is a member of PACT and can choose in which ways and how much to participate.
2026-27 Meeting dates
- Sept. 21
- Nov. 16
- Jan. 25
- April 19
All meetings take place at 6 p.m. in the MGMS media center.
What does PACT do?
We lead and support initiatives that focus on the following areas:
1. Promote Purpose & Positive Change
2. Promote a Learning Environment that Celebrates Diversity and Inclusion
3. Promote Effective Communication between Administration and School Families
4. Engage our School Community
5. Fund Capital Improvement & Staff Development Needs
How can you get involved?
Volunteering, donations, and advocacy are the primary ways to make an impact. These opportunities show up in a variety of ways throughout the school year–watch the bi-monthly Mustang Memo for more information.
Important tip! Add NoReply@msg.district279.org to your contacts to make sure the Mustang Memo doesn’t end up in your junk folder.
